Fill the booking form with a booking cheque favouring “Prestige Estates
Projects Limited” along with the appropriate supporting documents. Submit the
Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) dated 30 days from the date of booking for the
balance amount of 20% sale value.
9.What happens thereafter?
An initial amount of 20% of sales value has to be realised and Post dated
Cheques (PDCs) for the remaining instalments has to be submitted within a
timeframe of 15 days after which a formal letter-of- agreement would be issued.
The Agreement formalities will follow after that.
10.When do I get confirmation about an allotment?
Payment of 20% of the sale value along with PDCs for remaining amount, will

1% of the sales value will be deducted as cancellation fees, if cancelled before
agreements and 15% of the Sale value will be deduced after agreements and
remaining amount would be returned.

Every apartment is eligible for one car parking slot. Any additional parking
requests will be honoured towards the project completion and the allotment
depends on the availability.
16.Are there any issues with the Title of the project?
The title of the project is clean & clear from all hassles. The associated legal
documentations are verified by leading law firm. The legitimacy of the land is
absolute, freehold and marketable.
17.What about the approvals?
The BDA (Bangalore Development Authority) has approved the project
development plans. The Environmental clearance has been obtained and BBMP
approval has been applied for.
18.What are the Agreements that needed to be signed?
Agreement of Sale, Agreement to Construct, and Sale Deed at the time of
possession
19.What is process of Assignment?
First, the Agreement copies are validated followed by submission of PDCs,
payment of 3 installations and with the consent of new party abiding fully to the
terms and conditions of the principal agreement.
Applicable Transfer fee has to be paid. If you have availed a loan, then all
letters and documents issued by Prestige to the Bank/Housing Finance
Institution has to be retrieved and handed over along with their NOC (No
Objection Certificate). Assignment process follows after that.
20.Details about the compensations, if there are any delays in construction
and possession?
We have a proven reputation of completing the projects within the committed
timeframe. However, if the development is delayed for unforeseen reasons, then
Prestige will pay 8%* per annum on the amount collected, and this point would
be stated in the agreements (*Conditions apply).
21.What are the other addition amounts to be paid?
There are few additional charges to be paid at the time of possession. They are:

institutions (HFIs) for loan?
All leading Banks/HFIs have approved the project and the investors will be
granted loan based on their eligibility criteria.
23.What is my responsibility for disbursement of the instalments through
HFIs?
Individual customers have to take the responsibility of timely disbursement of
instalments from the concerned HFIs. A letter of consent will facilitate easy
payment transactions. Post dated cheques (PDCs) handed over for the
instalments will be returned on receipt of the payment from the HFI.
24.What is the Scheme for maintenance?
Advance maintenance fee of Rs. 50 per sq.ft will be charged for the first year
which will be collected at the time of closing your account. From the second
year onwards, maintenance charges will vary as decided by the
Association/Prestige Property Management & Services.
An additional amount of Rs. 50 per sq.ft of super built area will be levied as
sinking fund. This amount will be banked in an Escrow account which shall be
used for major expenses.
